We are based in Oregon and assist cruise travelers both locally and across the country. Whether you are planning your first cruise or returning for another adventure, we provide personal support from the initial search through embarkation day.
Meet Ben and Michael Mattheisen
Real Cruise Experience. Personal Help When You Want It.
We’re Ben and Michael Mattheisen, Oregon-based cruise travelers whose firsthand experiences inspired Memory Making Adventures. Royal Caribbean has been our personal favorite, and together we’ve sailed Alaska twice, the Western Caribbean twice, the Eastern and Southern Caribbean, Eastern Canada, and the Mexican Riviera twice. Our next adventure is a transatlantic sailing from Rome.
That firsthand experience helps us understand the choices that can make or break a cruise—from ship size and cabin location to dining, ports and onboard atmosphere. Through our travel-industry partnerships, we also maintain direct lines of communication with representatives and travel-advisor support teams at major cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian and others. When questions or issues arise, we know where to go for accurate information and assistance.
